Outside of her professional role, Minte is a loving wife and mother of two daughters. As an active dance mom, she can often be found near the dance studio or travelling to dance competitions. In her downtime, Minte is typically finding new projects to express her creativity and her passion for art.

Autumn, originally from Massachusetts, moved to New Brunswick in 2019. Her past experiences in healthcare and customer service have grown her passion for helping people. She is always ready to assist patients, whether it is addressing their concerns or scheduling their next appointment. When Autumn is not at the front desk, she can be found relaxing on her patio with a book in her hand, enjoying time with her husband or playing with her dog, Moose.

Mary-Beth brings 18 years of healthcare experience to our team. Her blend of professionalism and authenticity shines in every patient interaction, ensuring patient feel both comfortable and cared for during their visits. Whether it is performing administrative tasks or conversing with patients, Mary-Beth always seeks to provide excellent care. When she is not at the office she enjoys spending her time boxing, at her trailer in the summertime, or adventuring with her dog Wallie.

Krysten grew up on Vancouver Island where she began her career as a dental assistant in 2003. After relocating to New Brunswick, she joined our team as an administrative assistant. Her extensive knowledge in patient care and office management makes her an invaluable asset to our team, helping patients navigate their dental care with confidence. Krysten is an animal lover and enjoys to travel with her husband, always looking forward to her next chance to explore.

Laura was born and raised in the Kennebecasis Valley and graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is known for her ability to stay organized under pressure and plays a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly. Her caring demeanor also creates a positive atmosphere for both patients and our team. In her spare time, Laura enjoys listening to music, spending time with her husband and friends, reading classic novels, and relaxing with her cats.

Shannon comes from Fredericton NB and moved to Saint John in May 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology degree from UNB and a Diploma in Dental hygiene from Dalhousie University. Shannon enjoys the daily interactions with patients and educating them on their oral health care needs. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, staying active and spending time with her family, friends and puppy Ruby.

Kelley has lived in the Kennebecasis Valley most of her life. She attended both UNBSJ and Dalhousie University where she graduated with her bachelor of science degree and diploma in dental hygiene. Jenny graduated from John Abbott College with a diploma in dental hygiene in 1999 and has been part of the Bailey Buckley Family Dentistry team since 2017! The best part of her day is listening to her patients’ stories and helping people achieve their healthiest smiles. Jenny enjoys a good book, hot cup of tea and gardening in her spare time. She also loves spending time at home with her husband, Mike, their two boys, Max and Alex, and their dog, Lucy.

Originally from Sussex, Caragh graduated from Oulton College as a dental hygienist in 2018. Before joining out team in 2024, she gained valuable experience practicing on both the west and east coasts of Canada, working in Alberta and Nova Scotia. Caragh is passionate about building a good rapport with patients and providing excellent care to help patients achieve their best oral health. On her days off, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading a good book.

Shelby, originally from Regina, Saskatchewan, graduated from Oulton College. She then went on to work as a dental hygienist around the Maritimes before settling in with our team at Bailey Buckley Family Dentistry in 2021. Shelby strives to help patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. She is passionate about educating her patients so that they can achieve and maintain their best oral health. Outside of work, Shelby lives a very active lifestyle. She enjoys going to the gym, hiking and camping. She also has a love for music, often attending concerts when she can. 

Kim Graduated from Holland College in 1994, and worked as a dental assistant at Trinity Dental for 25 years before joining our team in 2020. Kim resides on Belleisle Bay with her husband Marc and their dog Oliver.

Jennifer has been a practicing dental assistant for the past 37 years. Throughout her career, patient comfort and care has always been her top priority. She takes pride in building lasting connections with patients. On her days off, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her 3 kids, going on walks with her dog, Willa, or finding a new trail to hike.

Anita has been with our team since 2019, offering a friendly presence that helps patients feel at ease. She enjoys connecting with and meeting new patients at the office. When Anita is not at work, she enjoys staying active. You can often find her at the yoga studio or the hockey rink with friends. In the summer months, she also enjoys unwinding at her cottage.

Kayla was born and raised in Saint John, New Brunswick. Kayla joined our team during her dental assisting practicum and returned to start her career with us after graduating from Oulton College in 2025. She is eager to build meaningful relationships with patients. Outside of the office, Kayla is the happiest when she is outdoors being active. She is a former Team NB player for rugby, and she continues to play for a local team. If she is not on the pitch she can likely be found on a run, hiking or soaking up the sun on warm days.
